What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard models the MOQ is 1 piece, and single-piece sample orders are welcome. For customized products or large-volume orders, the MOQ is quoted per model and specification.
What is your lead time?
In-stock items are shipped within 3-7 days after payment. Made-to-order items take 15-60 days, depending on the model and quantity.
How do you ship the goods?
We ship by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS) for small orders, and by sea for bulk orders. The shipping method is arranged according to customer requirements.
Do you support OEM / ODM?
Yes. We support both OEM and ODM, including private labeling and manufacturing strictly from customer drawings or samples.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I order a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Single-piece sample orders are welcome for standard models; sample cost and freight are quoted per item. Customized items require a drawing or sample first.
Can you manufacture to our drawings or custom dimensions?
Yes. We manufacture strictly to customer drawings or samples, including custom bores, jaws, connections and private labeling (OEM/ODM). Send your drawing for a quotation.
Where can I find dimension drawings and specification tables?
Every product page carries its specification table (model list with dimensions) and a dimension drawing where available. Our catalogs are also available for download from the Electronic Sample Book page.
How do I choose between BT30, BT40 and BT50 tool holders?
BT30 suits smaller machines and light cuts; BT40 is the general-purpose choice for vertical and horizontal machining centres; BT50 is used for heavy cutting where taper rigidity matters. BBT (dual-contact) versions add face contact for higher rigidity at high spindle speeds.
What is the difference between KS pneumatic chucks and KT / KY power chucks?
KS is a solid (closed-centre) pneumatic chuck actuated by air; KT is a hollow power chuck with a through-hole for bar work; KY is a solid (closed-centre) power chuck. KYD adds a super-long jaw stroke for wide diameter ranges.
Which is better, an ER collet chuck or a hydraulic chuck?
ER collet chucks are economical and cover roughly 1-26 mm with a runout class around 0.01-0.015 mm. Hydraulic chucks (HDC) provide better damping and repeatability (about 0.005 mm class) and are preferred for finishing and high-surface-quality work.
Do you supply spare parts such as jaws, collets and nuts?
Yes. We supply soft jaws and hard jaws for power chucks, ER/5C/R8 collets, collet nuts, pull studs, tap collets, wrenches and other chuck accessories.

How are the goods packed?
Goods are packed for export using wooden cases, cartons or pallets as appropriate for the item and the shipping method. Both LCL (consolidated) and FCL (full container) shipments are available.

We quote on EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and other Incoterms 2020 terms. Tell us your preferred term and destination port when requesting a quotation.
